Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Production Asst. Manager or Dy. Manager (Powders) to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of powdered nutraceutical and sports nutrition products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process improvement, quality control, and compliance within the FMCG or nutraceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise the entire production process for powders, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
? Develop & implement production plans to meet output and quality targets.
? Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
? Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and cost control in production.
? Work closely with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
? Maintain equipment efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
? Train & manage production teams to enhance productivity and maintain safety standards.
Skills & Requirements:
?? Must have experience in Nutraceuticals or Sports Nutrition (Powder manufacturing).
?? Strong knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, and production processes.
?? Expertise in batch processing, equipment handling, and quality control.
?? Ability to manage teams and optimize production efficiency.
?? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
