- Develop strategies to drive CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) services and solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers in the domestic market to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion by conducting thorough market research and analysis.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential clients, highlighting the company’s capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts while maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, preferably within the Pharmaceuticals or Nutraceuticals industry.
- Proven track record in driving B2B sales and client acquisition in the domestic market.
- Strong knowledge of CDMO services and experience in contract manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry networking events.
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical companies in a B2B sales role.
- Familiarity with North Indian markets and strong networking abilities in the region.
