Titanium silicate molecular sieve (TS-1)

Titanium silicate molecular sieve (TS-1) is a new type of molecular sieve with high catalytic activity and selectivity, and is mainly used in oxidation reactions. TS-1 has a three-dimensional framework structure similar to ZSM-5, in which titanium atoms replace a part of silicon atoms to form active sites. The crystal structure of TS-1 has small pores with a diameter of 0.56 nm, which endows it with the ability to selectively catalyze macromolecular compounds.

TS-1 catalyst can be used in many oxidation reactions, including oxidative dehydrogenation, epoxidation, alcoholylation, alkylation, oxidative desulfurization and denitrogenation, etc. In addition, TS-1 can also be used for asymmetric catalytic reactions in organic synthesis.

TS-1 has high catalytic efficiency and selectivity, which is benefited from its unique crystal structure and active sites. TS-1 is used in a wide range of applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and environmental fields. For example, TS-1 can be used to produce acrylic acid and acrylonitrile for industrial use, and it can also be used to remove harmful substances such as NOx and CO in automobile exhaust.
