‘Tis The Season To Be Thankful For Your Employees

We are in the heart of the season of giving and being thankful for those around us. Not only should we be excited to spend the holidays with our friends and family, but let’s not forget about the people we spend 40 hours a week with… coworkers. It should be common practice for a manager to show appreciation to employees, but if it’s not something you’re on board with yet, this is a great time to start!
