Tired of Pretending It’s All Fine?

It’s been quite the week!

With my Closer out, I had to take on sales calls again. And what a wake-up call it was.

This morning, I spoke with an executive who was functioning on the fumes of stress and overwhelm. Papers everywhere, phone buzzing nonstop, shallow chest breathing, jittery fingers, almost every sentence started with, "I'm a fucking mess." She was really in need.

As we talked, I sensed her mix of relief and desperation. She knew she needed help. I kept thinking about how my work has assisted so many just like her transform the chaos.

In life's chaos, it's easy to forget there’s help out there. We get so caught up trying to manage everything ourselves that we miss the solutions right in front of us. She finally realised that ‘lone wolfing’ it was making her sick.

Just like that executive found some hope, you can too. Admitting things are out of control is okay. What matters is taking the first step toward change.
