Every single pound of extra muscle mass on your body will burn extra calories every single day.

It’s like a sales team that goes out and makes money for you.

You go from solo entrepreneur to having a team that helps you get in shape.

In this case you got a team of muscle mass that burns fat for you.

An extra 10-15lbs of lean muscle mass can burn as much as you going for a short daily run.

All while doing nothing and sitting on your couch.

Cardio burns calories while you do it, muscle mass burns calories 24/7.

Cardio is you running your business on your own, muscle mass is your business running without you.

How about you stop doing cardio and start putting that time into building lean muscle mass?
