Tired of buying garbage supplements that don't work? Here's how to solve that.

Aside from creating amazing and life changing supplements, there’s 1 thing that the supplement industry is really good at…

Marketing.

It’s really easy to fall into the trap of thinking you need every type of supplement on the market, and while that may be true, there are many supplements you should probably avoid.

Here’s what’s important:

1) Do you know how to read a SUPPLEMENT label?

Supplement labels are much different than nutrition facts. Take the extra time to understand what the ingredients are and if they are high quality or effective ingredients. For more on this, head to my blog on my website called “9 Tips to help you choose a quality supplement”.?

Oftentimes, a supplement can be marketed extremely well but it’s actually full of “junk”.

2) Do you ACTUALLY need it?

Get your labs drawn regularly, and learn your baselines. What do you need to supplement and what don’t you? After learning your baseline, you’ll know what is “off” and where to supplement. In short, if somethings not broken, you don’t need to fix it.?

3) How do you FEEL?

Does taking a certain supplement feel off? Is it giving you some unfavorable side effects? If so, don’t take it. If it feels right and enhances your day to day then go ahead. Trust your intuition!

I do these regularly when determining what supplements I should be taking.?

Based on my baseline labs and how I feel, I have a list of supplements I take on a day to day basis and a list of supplements I take as needed.?

Some of my top supplements are creatine, alpha gpc, DHB, ashwagandha and many more.

What are some of your top supplements you’re currently taking?
