Tire Balls Innovation meeting the Warfighter demands

The Tire Ball Company has developed a light-weight pneumatic run-flat tire enhancement configuration utilizing the patented multi-cell inflation system. Working closely with Hoosier Tire, BF Goodrich and HRE Wheels, The Tire Ball Inner Liner MCIS system provides an alternative to the dense composite conventional run-flat with lighter more versatile results.

The Inner Liner concept was originally developed to accommodate the varied terrain demands in theatre to include multiple tire pressure protocols. The Inner Liner allows for adjustments without impacting results in the event of a flat. The overall concept of a pneumatic solution the completed configuration allows for varied harsh terrain at lower pressures without interfering or degrading ride quality. By also compartmentalizing the carcasses with the strong inflated elastomer, Tire Balls has a dampening effect and "controlling the chaos" of carcass pressures in harsh terrain.
