First, you should pay attention to the heat. Temperature?is a key factor in ensuring wines stay in top condition for a long time. It must remain constant and any significant fluctuations must be avoided. We often see warm, amber color lights light up in the wine cellar. Can we simply change traditional lights into LED lights with 2700K or less ? The answer is no. There is a photosensitive molecule called Riboflavin in many wines, which can become unstable and cause oxidization-reduction reaction when exposed to lights with a wavelength of 375nm (UV light) and 440nm (blue light).?

To minimize spoilage and discoloration, Full spectrum light are not suitable for this application. Instead, we recommend a narrow spectrum amber light, which peak wavelength concentrated around 590nm.?
