I am excited to write my first article since I have learned a lot about data science for free online, through paid courses, or while working with various customers. I'm going to write about a few experiences and strategies that will help newcomers or those hoping to be data scientists comprehend or get started.

1. Keep your data tidy and clean. This will make your life lot easier and will help you avoid frequent blunders.

2. When studying data, always begin with simple graphs and summary statistics. This will give you a clear understanding of the broad patterns in the data and will assist you in identifying outliers.

3. Avoid overfitting. This is a prevalent issue in machine learning, and it may have a significant influence on the performance of your models. To avoid overfitting, make advantage of cross-validation and regularisation approaches.

4. Consider how your findings will be used. This will aid you in selecting relevant models and assessment measures.

5. Don't be frightened to attempt new things. Data science is an ongoing process, and you will never know everything. Be open to new ideas and prepared to explore.

6. As you acquire expertise, you will begin to design your own data-working methods and processes. Make a record of your effort so that you can refer to it later. Don't be reluctant to share your discoveries with others; the data science community is quite supportive, and you'll learn a lot from your colleagues.
