1. Be real. Know that not everyone will like to read your story, or not everyone will be able to handle your story. More so, know that your story will help empower the right people.
2. Be honest. Telling something that didn't happen often can cause lack of trust. Be sure you tell YOUR TRUTH. Your story isn't anyone else’s but your own.
3. Be ready. Be ready to what is to come with telling your story. By that I mean, be ready for questions about your story. Be ready to deal with having to tell about you, your life, and you're being.
4. Be you. There is no one in their world like you, your thoughts, your feelings, and your life. You may have similarities with others, but your story is will make someone else not feel like they are the only ones in this world...and so much more.
5. Be. Know that your story is your past, it cannot hurt you in anyway shape or form. People may say things, or people may make remarks, eh, learn to let that go. Focus on the people who uplift you, help you thrive and allow you to become the voice you were meant to have.
6. Enjoy your process. Mold your situation to help you thrive in life.
