1. Attendance in the office by being tidy
While everyone knows the importance of presenting oneself neatly, many meetings have ended successfully by emphasizing this alone. The issue of neatness is not only to be beautiful externally. You can make a note with the exact and clear purpose of the meeting and some accurate information about it. Walk into the room with a clear understanding of the meeting's content. And if a topic from your prior research comes up in the discussion, a clear understanding of that topic will set you apart.
2. Speak clearly and forcefully
This is the easiest way to keep your position basic. You don't have to talk too much and you don't even have to think about any commandments. But whatever you say should be logical and try to present your reasoning with utmost honesty. Many people don't talk much during meetings. Speak logically without talking too much and express your opinions without fear.
3. Argument by understanding opposite positions
Don't easily get into an argument about anything but don't let the opponent take over in any way. Make logical arguments and don't say anything without knowing your opponent's weaknesses. For that, before the start of the meeting, know about the opponent well.
4. Listen carefully to others
In addition to verbal communication, listening to others is also a form of communication with everyone. Many go out to talk on the phone in between meetings or unknowingly focus on their cell phones. This matter must be taken care of so that no conduct of yours causes you to be dishonoured. Sitting with a straight spine during meetings is also indicative of your transparent personality.
5. Informative note
Small notes on the meeting topic will show how focused you are on the meeting topic and how committed you are to solving the problems. Just give yourself some extra time for the meeting so that you don't miss out on topics you want to discuss later, or jot down important ideas. This can give a different position to everyone in the meeting.
6. Ask logical questions
Be sure to be a logical questioner. Don't ask unnecessary questions, but try to raise those kinds of questions that can be solved by detailed discussion. Asking questions in a participatory manner demonstrates that you are paying attention to the meeting.
7. Express your own opinion

Listen carefully to every topic in the meeting. And on the subject you want to give your own opinion, ask if you can give your opinion and of course your colleague will applaud for his own opinion. Present your opinion with applause rather than by vindicating the colleague's position.
8. Think of someone of your age
At the beginning of the meeting, think of something that inspires you the most about the person in your life that you consider most important. This thought alone will help you to become a person of positive character. A person who encourages you to take on not just meetings but any big challenge in life can be a big pillar of your success.
9. Be present on time
Always try to be on time for meetings. Attend in advance if possible. Attendance at the right time will identify you as a time-conscious personality.
10. Increase familiarity with strangers
Get to know people you don't know at meetings. Try introducing yourself and getting to know them. The quality of self-introduction to strangers will boost your standing socially.
11. Write down other people's ideas
Write down everyone's ideas in the meeting and discuss other people's ideas while talking about your own ideas. Be attentive to each other's ideas.
12. End with greetings
Returning to your desk isn't the last thing you do when you're done speaking in a meeting. Thank all superiors and subordinates for arranging a productive meeting and share what you learned from the meeting. It is possible to easily attract the attention of superiors.
How you behave in meetings will determine the good or bad of your career in many cases. The opinion is in your hands, so prove yourself during the meeting to get the right opportunity with respect. Not just myself as handsome. Instead, the motivation to be confident will create new ideals in you. You can prove yourself as an ideal worker in every meeting.
