Ladies! Hey there. How you’ve been doing? Are all going great? I hope you keep in mind that the heat waves hold the power to give you sunburns and tanning even if you don’t wish to get your body tanned.?
To keep yourself safe, you must be doing various things, but do you think that you are doing it all right??
Let’s see what you can do to keep your inner and outer body safe!
The CTM Routine
Your Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturising routine certainly isn’t a miss. In no way you can afford to leave your CTM routine on these hot summer days. Although when we talk about the best products to utilize in the summer days, the list goes on and on; however, I would suggest you go for organic products, especially those curated with Aloe Vera.?
When you use products, such as face wash or face scrub, which are curated with the goodness of nature and provide you with chill thrills from Aloe Vera gel, you can heal your outer body faster than other products.?
Even if you have got skin burns or tanned body skin, you can still cure that with the help of Aloe Vera.?
Other than Aloe Vera, to keep yourself safe from the hot sun, also you must apply sunscreen. The bigger the SPF, the better protection you will get. And in this deadly summer, please don’t step out of your home without applying any sunscreen.
Moreover, to my male buddies! If you think that the above tip is exclusively for ladies only, then don’t believe that thought. You also must have faced sunburn or skin tan, and that's why the above-given ideas are for you.?
All I want is for you all to be safe from these summer waves.?

Wrapped in Fashion
Gone are those days when we used to love wearing multiple layers of attires to look stylish and to protect our bodies from the chill breeze. In summers, no matter how much we wish to wrap the thinnest layer of clothing around us, we have to get dressed to go to work.?
In the rush hours, the sun is also at its peak, giving us essential Vitamin D but a little too much as the day gets along. So, to protect yourself from the heat waves, the best you can do, irrespective of gender, is to wear cotton clothes. I can understand that sometimes but not often you can wear cotton clothes or be in one layer of clothing. But at times, when you feel you can wear cotton clothes, then do so. Also, take a shower from head to toe to keep your head and mind calm.?
Okay, so after fashion! Let's walk towards knowing about food!?
Unlike winters, where you can eat anything and be just fine, summers don’t let you be okay as you can get sick by either over-eating or eating spoilt food. And we all are aware of the fact that food spoilt faster in summer than winter.?
So, to get healthy eating and drinking habits, here’s what you can do.?
The Cold Sips…
I know many tea lovers won’t be happy when I can skip drinking tea in the summer season.?
Okay! Calm down.?
Nothing offensive, please! Ginger tea is love, and I get that. If you can’t completely ignore that, you can at least reduce the intake.?
In place of drinking hot ginger tea four to five times a day, try to replace it with cold drinks such as Aam Panna, Rooh afza, lemonade, mint soda, or if you wish to intake caffeine, you can have a few sips of cold coffee once in a day.?
…let the Food Fly
Not in your mouth, please. I’ve just explained above that our appetite in summer isn’t the same as in winter and you can’t eat anything any time in summer.?
To balance your hunger and healthy eating habits, try to eat light meals. Because when you eat heavy meals, you have to work harder to digest the food. And the process of digesting the food increases your body temperature, making it a big deal of sweat.?
The Earth is round, and so was this blog, so try to avoid and take things as mentioned in this blog, or?else, I’ll be returning with more information and healthy tips for you to keep yourself safe from the heat. And instead of being a fighter, be wiser and stay indoors the much as you can, especially in the peak hours when the sun is in no mood to calm down.?
