1.??Monday 13th May - Sunday 19th May is Mental Health Week
Of course at Encompass Equality we believe every week is Mental Health Week, but this is the official mental health charity Mind's awareness week. According to Mind every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. But we don't have to wait until we experience problems to support our resilience and mental health. If you and your organisation would like to support Mind's campaign of #NoMindLeftBehind, stress management, resilience and workplace mindfulness are just some of the Health and Wellbeing topics we cover in our suite of seminars. 2.??Our latest research findings launched 9th May Following the findings of our Why Women Leave research, we surveyed more than 1000 men to understand why they leave work and discover which factors are gender-related and which one's are more significant to men or women. We'll be sharing our conclusions and what that could mean for your organisation this month.
