4 Nutrition Tips for Slimming the Waist

  • Space out your meals evenly throughout the day....That 'hungry' feeling you get is actually your metabolism burning that fat away, eat when you feel hungry (2.5hrs apart is a nice number to start with)
  • Save the carbs for the morning, avoid them later in the day...This will help you metabolize your food a little better by not spiking your insulin in the evening limiting the body's release of growth hormone and hindering fat loss.
  • SLEEP... That band of fat around your lower waist? Think of it as a belt made of cortisol, the hormone brought on by stress....Sleep, relax, read, have a bath (Epsom salt), and rest will diminish this seemingly indestructible band of fat
  • Lastly, Apple Cider Vinegar.... GET SOME, benefits of 1-2 tablespoons before bed include; Lower blood sugar levels, decreased insulin levels encouraging fat loss, improved metabolism, and decreased fat storage...just to name a few..
