Many people on the Linked asked that “how to associate longer with the organisations or how to be happy at work even after working 3 years. Millennial try to change the working quite often as they get bored or they don’t get happiness with what they are doing.
In today’s fast-paced and demanding work environment, stress has become an all-too-common companion for many employees. Balancing deadlines, responsibilities and expectations can take a big toll on your mental and physical well-being.
?If you don’t like to go to work, or you are not happy with the work or the way coworkers behave that’s a 1/3rd of time spent feeling bored, dissatisfied, and underwhelmed. These feelings can seep into other aspects of your life, like health, hobbies, and relationships.
In my opinion there are few tips which I am going to share here every week and the first tip is
TIP 1# “Honesty is the best policy”
Might be wondered how honesty “works” at “work”, and I mean that most of us are honesty always but there are few situations where a tiny piece of advice given with 0.00009% of false impression ruins trust.
“Honesty at work is about trust, about building trust with your manager/boss/coworkers and your direct deportees, not rules
?As you aware that trust needs to be built and it takes days/months and some times years. Never give up.
TIP 2# “Get to Work 15 Minutes Earlier”
Being punctual can help people earn discipline and respect from others. It could help people work on time without any hindrance. "Punctuality is the politeness of kings" The quote suggests that people should be punctual to show respect for others and return the respect they receive. TIP 3#"Take small breaks throughout the day"
It's important to take small breaks in between even if you're busy to keep from stressing out too much. Think about taking a 5-minute break between each major task to give yourself time to refresh before working again. A break may not be always including walking around the building, it might be stretching at your desk.

TIP 4#"Never forget to say thank you"
Pleasantries, like saying thank you, can make a huge difference in your routine interactions at work. Never forget to thank your team, when accomplished the assigned task. Do not use thanks, instead say Thank You .
Add that magic word. When you thank your coworkers, it shows them you appreciate their time and knowledge. This can contribute to a stronger relationship between yourself and your teammates.
TIP 5#"Keep personal problems out of the workplace"
No one is interested to know about what you did over the weekend, what are you planning for next weekend, your family struggles, your relationships or what's happening at home. It only matters that you show up, push all those problems to the back of your mind, and get to work. There's no place for personal problems in a professional workplace though we always say we are the family. So never try to share the personal problems at work and ask help!!!
