I will be honest and admit that I have not been able to strike a balance or follow the tips mentioned below. However, I have started putting in an effort. And I know how difficult it must be for anybody to be self-employed and continuously "hustle" away. This article is not a "success story" this is more of "Let's do this together".
I went through a few articles to compile my top 5 that I would like to focus on for starters.
- Set specific and achievable goals: Having clear and measurable goals can provide direction and purpose, and give you something to work towards.
- Create a schedule and stick to it: Self-employment can often mean a lack of structure, so it's important to establish a routine and stick to it as much as possible.
- Stay connected: Being self-employed can be isolating, so make sure to stay connected with other professionals in your field, as well as friends and family.
- Take care of yourself: It's important to make time for self-care and maintain a work-life balance. This can include exercise, healthy eating, and getting enough sleep.
- Celebrate small wins: Recognize and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small, to help keep motivation and momentum going.
Let me know out of these 5 which one is your Achilles heel? Mine is 3 & 4.

1 年I've tried every possible way to vercome 5 but I just can't celebrate my small wins. Whenever I achieve something, I set up a bigger goal. it makes me vulnerable and leaves me in in despair sometimes. This is a constant battle I'm fighting with myself. I hope I'll overpower this.
