Tips about self loading stacker

Hyder Self-lifting stackers now are available from 500kg to 1000kg both fully electric and semi-electric powered. Here are some tips to help to choose the most suitable stacker for your business!

1. Choose based on your pallet size and weight

It is necessary to figure out the max load and pallets you need to handle with this stacker.

The stacker is usually used for skid( single deck pallet). For semi electric self lifting stacker, we suggest a euro pallet.

If your cargo is always only 500kg , you can choose 500kg self lifting stacker. If you cargo is over 500kg but less than 1000kg , it would be better to try 1000kg models.

2. Choose based on your working time

If you have more cargo need to handle each day, It would be better to choose a lithium battery type for your stacker. Hyder now also supplies a lithium battery-powered model which can lift at least 35times after being fully charged.

3. Choose based on the delivery truck you use

Hyder has 3 lifting heights available for different trucks from Iveco to Lorry trucks. Also, we have increased lifting height to 1.6m for some container truck. It would be very necessary to check your truck height and inner cabinet height to make sure the self lifting stacker can climb onto and enter into the truck.
