Tips To Motivate Your PR Team

Tips To Motivate Your PR Team

PR is still one of the most stressful jobs listed again this year in the top 10, according to CareerCast. We're not saving lives but the stress is non stop! So I worked with the other PR veterans on our SeeDepth team to come up with some tips on how to keep your PR team motivated.

  1. Celebrate wins beyond the latest media hit.
  2. Invest in PR tech.
  3. Stop asking for so many meetings. And reports.
  4. Give PR a seat at the table.
  5. Align your expectations with reality.
