At Instituto, we’ve been growing our team and have more managers than we’ve ever had (yay growth ??)! Check out this article by Team Building, an organization whose mission is to help build happier teams, on “20 Top Management Tips for Leaders in 2023”.

These must-haves are great for first-time managers, those who may have been recently promoted, and those who just want to continue being an excellent manager in their teams.

? Spoiler alert! ??One of my favorite tips in this list is #10: Show Empathy, sharing that “The ability to empathize with others is crucial management advice for every manager. A study by Development Dimensions International provides empirical support for this hypothesis. This research suggests that empathy is a crucial ingredient of effective management”.
