What does "living your purpose" mean? ?? In fact, you don't have one set purpose; it changes and evolves as you grow older. ?? It's not set in stone. ?? The career choice you made in your early twenties might not be the same when you are in your 30s, 50s, or 60s. You become a different person. ??
In fact, you are more likely to know when you are NOT living your purpose! ? This is when you are not in the flow, you feel stuck, bored, frustrated, and anxious about your job, career, finances, and relationships. ?? They no longer motivate or inspire you. You find it hard to get out of bed, you avoid facing up to responsibilities, and no longer make good plans. You stop taking care of your health and zone out on self-destructive habits. ??
The way to break out of this is to connect with what you find inspirational. ?? What did you enjoy as a child? ?? What did he or she like to do? When was the last time you experienced living in the zone? ?? What were you doing? Who were you with? What does the biggest version of yourself look like? ??
Also, it might be time to put a career plan together to get into a role that is fully aligned with your deep and meaningful values that are core to who you are. Once you start with identifying your core values and the causes that you want to make a difference to, then you can put a career plan and pathway together and connect with people who are currently pursuing the career that you desire. ??
You have got to have a flexible and open mind and be ready to experiment with new roles, develop different skills that help you to evolve your purpose over time. ???
