  • Do regular morning and before interview follow up to avoid interview no show’s
  • Do check the interest level of candidate before starting the application process
  • Only schedule the interviews when candidate is interested in Job and Company
  • Avoid scheduling an interview early in the morning.
  • Try to schedule interviews away from lunchtime.
  • Avoid scheduling interviews just before and after holidays and weekends.
  • Give minimum 24 hours’ time notice to Panel
  • Prepare candidate for interview – Explain candidate on flow of interview, company, how many rounds what to expect from each round skills and others
  • ONLY schedule one interview/day with panel, if urgent then 2 /day not more than that
  • Make sure you become advocate to the candidate and panel and co-ordinate well through interviews?
