We wanted to enhance the flavor of our meats and so we did a 6 parts Pure One All Natural Coconut Sugar and 1 part sea salt, then we added our preferred herbs and spices. (A rule of thumb is 1 to 2 tablespoons of dry rub per pound of meat.) Bill M. - Dallas TX.
