Tips for Healthy Eating and Exercising When Working Shifts

Have healthy foods readily available at home and at work.
Prepare meals before your shift,
Bring your own food to work.
Eat small, frequent meals as opposed to large heavy ones.
Try to eat in line with a regular day
Sit down to eat.
Moderate your caffeine consumption.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Exercise moderately.
Get the sleep you need.
