Tips for Decision making :

• If you are a #manager , you have to meet different person and has to take multiple #decisions , for you for Organization,?Some are Good for that person, Some are bad for them?but that should not impact you mentally, you should be balanced, never thought about it after taking it?and all the decision should be best for you and best for the #organization , when taken.?

• In life if you don’t know how to tackle tough situations, then you can only reach your goal by others' permission and favors.?But if you expert to tackle tough situation, you will be given to solve better challenges for your organization ,?and if you able to solve that, you will be celebrity professional in your organization.

• Life will never provide warranties and guarantees, all are promises only.?Life will only provide possibilities and opportunities, those who know how to convert them into success, they are winners.?And you have to do it repeatedly to become a celebrated professional.

• See,?Those who pull you backward, they have problems about themselves, because if you become successful, they will lose their importance from your life. That is why, They often play the emotional card but?remember in life “You” come first?then your “family” others not even in the list of consideration. So never be trapped by emotional traps. Be strong and think logically. Remove them permanently?from your mind, who are pulling you backward. Otherwise some black spot?will be created in your life and character by them.?But Note:?Never cut relation with whom, might be #important , #useful or #successful in future stages of your life.

• If something or someone or some organization discourages you from listening to another version of opinion during any conversation and negotiation or establishing their belief, always be conscious,?that means they are hiding something, which is important for your decision, you must listen other party's opinion. Otherwise your decision will be wrong, and biased.

• In the way of your journey,?you have to cut a lot of #relationships , intentionally or unintentionally for you to actually stay #happy .?If you have taken your decision to part away, never look back, it only makes you weak.?They will tell the wrong thing about you, ask questions about your character but remember if you had made the right decision for your happiness during parting away, it’s not good to give them a chance again.?it's easy to find a better option than rejoining. And you will certainly get better options as you become better, so be happy.

• See, people generally tell, if you like to be a great human being, sacrifice your life for others,??"Actually they are telling you to sacrifice your life for others through their organization to promote them and ruin you and your family.”?Be selfish, first establish yourself then help others, remember?if you are not strong and successful, you can not help the weak and others.??
