In a Talent Trends Report last year, we analyzed 67.4K survey requests and 11.9K responses. The report offers valuable advice from our customers on maximizing the value of experience surveys.

For example, Notion automates survey sends with a 3-day delay. Cuyler Hirata, Head of Recruiting Operations & Analytics at Notion notes:

“Our mentality here is that, even if a candidate is rejected, we aim to personalize the rejection notes instead of merely sending an automated email. Delaying the survey by three days gives us time to communicate with candidates and not throw them off or hear about a potential rejection from a survey automation.”
