Tips to build new habits (I tried)

Building new habits have never been an easy job, right?

Struggle is real


We keep on reading about build a habit to achieve some or another thing in life. Trust me, no matter how badly you get into new-old habits, it's not that easy to get into something.

Reading Habit: I hence thought of reading 20 pages a day, but the scene doesn't end here. Do you know what happens?

I find myself scrolling through social media instead, this happens with 70% of people, failure part #1

Eating Habit: A goal of becoming healthier and fitter by not eating any, I mean not even a piece of that tiny beautiful cake, but then I'm not able to control/resist the drive-through on the way from those amazing smell lane (talking about my way back to home, those eatery shops), failure part #2

Exercise Habit: I finally decided to hit the gym. And guess what, I did it. Decided and achieved, phew!

But you know what? Again a self praised required because I was so lazy to get out of my bed, failure part #3

Hell yea! TOUGH it is. 

And this is still not the end of life, you will never realize the area of struggle.

Counted on major factors;

  1. Motivated
  2. Disciplined
  3. Things to do
  4. Things not to do and the list goes on...


Reasons will go on and on, hence, this should not be the scenario of LIFE for sure.

You should definitely be focused more on the line of aggression which falls under the importance of work that one needs to follow.

Tips to be followed:

  1. Be You (Don't drag someones' story into your character)
  2. Tiny-Tiny sums into Major one (start with a unit and then build a box)
  3. Tract it (write it, see it, follow it: create a chain)
  4. Live for the dream that you'd created (Drive through the path of struggle)
  5. Distract the distraction (don't get involved in everything, keep a thin line between all the work that has been assigned)


FIVE are enough for now!

And yes, there can be many for sure, individual heads - individual counts, YES!

It's all about how you see it and how it is being implemented into real life, not reel life.

Try to arm yourself by keeping these habits into your real life.
