Tips for adjust the cutting pressure of some partial areas.

Red circled area is 2 layers PET film. (2 layers PET film fold together.)

Finger lifted up top PET film, easier to see,t here is 2 layers PET film.?

Following picture is after unfold. Opp tape is used for fix 2 pcs PET film together.

And make sure there is a gap, helpful for folding.?

Green circled area is laminate thin tape, for add cutting pressure.

You also can see, this area is with carbon copy paper for easier find the cutting lines.?

The die is special die. It is with sucking hole wastage function. Black circled area is foam.

This foam is helpful for the die suck hole wastage.

After folding, the foam should be on top, touch the die directly. ?

Die is with slot for collect hole wastage.

Final product is with hole, and there is no wastage in the hole.

Such method can suck about 70-80% hole. Can’t make sure 100% remove.?
