Tipping Point ? What needs to be done? Lets Fix the Climate Change ? My proposal For #WEF Annual Meeting participants?

Dear Friends, The WEF Annual Meeting 2025 is being held this month w.e.f 20 Jan 25 to 24 Jan 25 at Davos and this article of mine is addressed to all the participants attending it. I wish you all a happy, safe, peaceful, stable, resilient, and healthy New Year 2025. We all know about that the Climate Change indeed has reached a Tipping Point, so, what needs to be done to FIX IT at the earliest. I convincingly feel that we, the entire world, all the nations and the global leaders &minds have miserably failed in our Global Collective Efforts (GSEs) to arrest Climate Change so far in spite many efforts and we are at least 50 years behind in making the needed contribution towards the same at each front(Nation). So, its catastrophic effects as manifested in various forms are already visible. I accept that we , all the nations are making huge efforts to tide over the impact of Climate Change in our own efforts as to switch over to Green Energy Transition at the earliest but these are individual efforts and the sum total of all is not making enough impact on reduction of effects caused by the Climate Change or towards decarbonization of this planet . So, we need to do some thing massive collectively evolving a strategy so that cumulative efforts gets to a stage to FIX IT for ever. I know some challenges are there and I am putting them over here point blank along with a solution to each so that they could be addressed in certainty with in a time span of 10 years starting from now and by 31 Dec 2034.

1. A huge amount nearly $ 10-12 trillion is needed with in next 10 years to FIX the Climate Change in entirety and it could be collected by drawing some rational or a formula so that it could be channelized and put to use at a scale where needed along with a time plan making alternate strategy in order to address visible and unforeseen risks along the way. It could be that in a proportion to the effects caused by a particular nation so far on the environment or on mother nature and in that the western countries, EU & including USA are certainly are the major contributors so they need to pledge more, or it could be decided to have the percentage of the global debt of a particular nation and making some poor countries out of this and some wealthy nations contributing more, or as per Per Capita GDP in Global Per Capita Average, so, a fund of say $ 5 trillion is earmarked by 30 Jun 2025 itself in an account to be opened at WB. It needs to be spent to fight Climate Change as fixing priorities in time bound manner and that should be spelt out in a document titled "The Ultimate Fight To Fix Climate Change ( UFTFCC)". Another $ 5-$ 7 trillion or less or more as needed must be explored to be put in that account at World Bank as this account could be called as "The World Sustainability Fund(WSF)" and it must be run by a group of 10 best professionals appointed or selected through a rigorous criterion to operate in a most transparent & accountable manner and on aggregable & approved plan drawn for Global Collective Efforts (GCEs). A review of GCEs on this mission is to be carried out each quarter and necessary changes could be brought in if needed so that a time schedule is adhered to with out any compromise in Implementation Plan(IP) of this GCE. It has to run on a Mission Mode through GCE.
2. One Earth- One Family-One Future ( OE-OF-OF), must be the Golden Principle for this GCE as we cant be sustainable as a single nation as we, all the nations have now a shared future so to hand over a safe planet to our Future Generations is our collective responsibility. I know it is difficult but not impossible and we, all the nations have this onus to save this planet for our future generations rather than sinking in, in our own selfish interests.
3. If we, all the nations of this civilized world achieve this, let me bring it your kind notice that it shall the biggest ever collective effort by the Humans to protect environment, mother nature and the very existence of this earth or planet in order to ensure the safe life for humans on this planet for millions of centuries ahead.
4. If all the global leaders could find an agreement to this proposal of mine I am sure that the people of all the nations shall be the most happiest ever felt and it shall change the world for ever for the best ever happened in Human Race Evolution(HRE) on this earth.
5. So, lets do it as a GCE and the same way we can fight against Cyber Security, Terrorism, AI & QAI challenges, pandemics or many other challenges that human race is going to encounter in times ahead. So, lets do it, though there could be some changes to my proposal. I can present a blue print.
6. It is pertinent to mention that International Co-operation on Climate Finance has not progressed much amidst geo-political tensions and instability in many parts of the world but a positivity has emerged towards ESG compliances by the companies as people are preferring to buy shares of the companies who have defined policies towards Green Energy Transition and achieving #NetZero and an adaption vision for AI. WEF developed Barometer in collaboration with McKinsey that uses 41 indicators to measure Global Co-operation is an easy way to understand for the leaders and basically stands on 05 main pillars that are Trade & Capital Flow, Innovation & Technology, Climate & Natural Capital, Health &Wellness, and Peace & Security. The 2nd edition of Global Cooperation Barometer mainly focus on where the cooperation stands today and what it can look like in the emerging technological age ahead.
