Magic happens when you bring together innovative thought leaders, inspiring business leaders, and elite-level coaches in a location like Whistler, BC, Canada. Our attendees shared very positive feedback, but there were three consistent themes:

1. Bigger Picture – We had some moments on stage where our speakers openly shared unscripted personal stories. I was so grateful that our speakers and attendees were comfortable enough to go deeper than the standard content to connect the dots that our business life should only be a portion of our lives. Our ability to build a high-growth company is only a true success if it doesn’t come at the cost of our family life, health, or ability to give back.
2. Optimism – We all know building a successful high-growth company is tough. We are also dealing with difficult economic times. But if you surround yourself with the right people, who are doing the right things, the right attitude will always present itself. I have had several attendees provide me with direct feedback on this underlying feeling of positivity from the event. In a time when negativity tends to get more airplay, it is rewarding to know we have created a community of optimistic growth leaders and coaches.
3. Action – Our goal for every event is that the attendees leave with actions they plan to implement. This year we held a half-day session post-event to “debrief” on the session and begin the planning of the actions. Some attendees have shared that the half-day session was extremely valuable. Taking four hours to reflect and plan had our attendees leave the event with well-thought-out plans on what actions to take immediately.

Our goal was to bring a group of growth-oriented leaders and coaches to Whistler, BC, Canada for the opportunity to learn together, network, have FUN, and leave with actionable items. We believe with the help of our thought leaders, coaches, and all the attendees that we exceeded this goal.
