Tip Five – You Cannot Transcend Obstacles on Your Own ...Seek TRUTH!

My final tip - Love is the key component to overcoming everything! Every obstacle, challenge, or roadblock. Even death itself. But not alone, this is the point. It is God’s love of us, the OneTRUTH in the world that makes all the difference.

This is very clear in John 3:16 … For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

You may not believe in God, or any higher power for that matter. You must agree, however, that there is evil in this world. It is this evil that produces the obstacles, the challenges, and the roadblocks. Evil opposes the other strongest emotion in the world, love.

My approach to TRUTH is to ask questions. I seek facts, evidence, and testimony. Evidence is any information or data that supports or refutes TRUTH. It is the basis for making decisions, drawing conclusions, and determining TRUTH. Legal experts will tell you that there are several different types of evidence and the case for TRUTH can be very difficult to follow. Following the evidence gives the tools and understanding to make that case, to prove without the shadow of a doubt that something is true.

Facts, evidence, and testimony can lead to life changing experiences. I have written before about one such case that I feel makes the point.? J. Warner Wallace was a seasoned homicide detective and a devout atheist, absolutely convinced that there was no God. But everything changed when he turned his investigator’s eye towards the claims of Christian worldview, and he discovered the claims in the Bible to be true by applying common rules of evidence that he’d used to discover TRUTH and solve crimes throughout his career.

He also tested the evidence he found against evidence found by archologists who uncovered artifacts that supported what he found in the bible.

Everything is evidence if it can be applied to finding TRUTH. The key is in making logical connections between facts and evidence. They arrive at conclusions that point to the one TRUTH. We do this by asking questions, intelligent and direct questions. At this point we can be assured that we can proceed based on TRUTH.

TRUTH is what we are all seeking in one way or another. Honest and authentic insights into everything in our lives and our businesses; how we feel about it and where it is leading us. Get to the bottom of this and the pathways forward will be clear and obvious. TRUTH is the only way to get over the obstacles of life.

A ‘self-evident’ TRUTH is a TRUTH that proves itself without need of further validation. In other words, it’s so obviously true only a fool or someone who’s willfully ignorant would contest it.
