I have spent hours on fixing my CV and making it look as professional as I can. Is there anything left that can ruin CV and make me look less qualified for any role?

Well, the answer is YES! Many of us miss a very important point which will make our CVs look way behind others. And this essential point is the name of the CV (i.e the name of the PDF of Word document). Its a super simple step that has magical effect on your application.
My advice for having your first name/ last name and the role you are applying for as the name of your CV, for example if I want to apply for a Recruitment consultancy role I will name my CV as Sayran Hadi- Recruitment consultant. This way I will show my potential employer that I do pay attention to simple details; I will save him/her the headache of renaming my CV and in case they lost the CV in the database they will be able to search me by the job title (as names can be forgotten easily).
This little trick is also effective when you upload your CV in online databases like some certain websites like Foras, Bayt or Aweza or recruitment companies' databases as you'll be found in the search result each time they type keywords that includes your job title that you wrote beside your name.

Note: In case you were interested in more than a job vacancy even if they are with the same company, send two different emails, each one subjected with the job title you are applying for and name your CV twice. Don't get lazy it wont take more than 5 mins. It super powerful and super effective. Try it if you haven't yet and let me know if it worked for you.
