TIP #2: EVALUATE YOUR LIFE AS IT IS RIGHT NOW.
The road to recovery starts by taking a bird's eye view of our lives in order to create greater awareness around what's REALLY going on. By assessing the various areas that encompass our life—physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual—and optimizing any area(s) that need improvement, we begin to really up-level our lives by co-creating them with the universe. "What we focus on expands." If we want greater health and energy, we must focus our attention there. If we want more career success, we have to make changes in that area or else fall into old patterns that keep us stuck.
How is your career? Your money? Your health? Your fitness? Your relationships? Your sex life? Your spirituality? Uncovering areas we've neglected--and seeing them in plain view--helps us make changes that truly move the needle.
