Ever noticed how some people leave an impression long after the conversation ends? Your email sign-off can do the same. I’m not talking about the standard fare—your name, phone number, and company logo. Nope. I mean a closing signature so uniquely you that people can’t help but remember it.
Think of it as your email’s mic-drop moment. Whether it’s a quirky phrase like “Stay awesome,” a motivational nudge like “Don’t forget to chase your dreams,” or even a thought-provoking “What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?”—this tiny detail packs a punch.
Why bother? Because email is a huge part of how we communicate, especially if you're constantly messaging clients, colleagues, or collaborators. A signature like “Make it a great day!” or “Keep shining bright!” not only makes your emails stand out but also reflects your personality and brand.
So, what’s your signature style?

1 周It’s interesting you said this. I sign my email the same way, but differently every time. Y starts with “Here’s to…” and it ends with a phrase that is related to what I shared in the body of the email. So one might read, “Here’s to pursuing your dreams!” Another week, the sign off might be “Here’s to your book winning you more opportunities!”
