Meet Tiny, a gentle spirit who entered our lives with a silent plea in her eyes. Both eyes bulging, she carried the weight of glaucoma, most often a cruel consequence of tick fever. Her eyes, windows to a world now lost, revealed the agony within. A once-vibrant gaze extinguished by unbearable pain, leaving her restless, shaky, and unsteady.

Upon examination, the stark reality unfolded - the normalcy found in other dogs' eyes replaced by the wreckage of irreversible damage. High pressure, a relentless force, had stolen her vision, leaving behind only suffering.

In our quest to alleviate her anguish, the painful decision emerged: bilateral enucleation (removal of both eyes), a procedure that will shroud her in darkness but lift the veil of pain. Tini's journey is one of heartbreak and resilience, where love becomes the beacon guiding her through the shadows. Together, we embark on a path of healing, hoping to restore not just her sightless eyes but the light within her wounded soul.
