Tinker Federal Credit Union Welcomes Kevin Jamison as Executive Director of TFCU Foundation

Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Kevin Jamison as the executive director of the TFCU Foundation.?
In his role, Jamison will lead TFCU’s philanthropic entity, the TFCU Foundation. The foundation’s primary mission is to help those who have served others by improving the quality of life for Oklahoma heroes below the poverty line who are facing challenges. The projects, such as installing wheelchair ramps and doorway expansions, provide accessibility and safety in the veterans’ homes.
Prior to joining TFCU, Jamison served in the US Marine Corps from 1990 until 2010. Jamison served in Operation Uphold Democracy Haiti in 1994, Operation Silver Wake in Albania in 1997 and served three tours in Iraq. After retiring as a chief warrant officer, he received his bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Park University.
Through social work and outreach, Jamison was instrumental in helping the homeless veteran community in Kansas City. In 2014, he founded the Veterans Community Project to build a village of tiny homes to assist this underserved community. Then in 2017, Jamison used his talents to help veterans nationally as the deputy director at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Foundation.

The TFCU Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, created in 2018 to assist Oklahoma veterans, police, firefighters and active duty military.
TFCU is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with over $6 billion in assets and over 445,000 members.
