Ingredients

  • (400-gram) bag frozen edamame in pods bought from British Super market

Steam or cook per instruction.

In back home it is very seasonal we eat in October or November and always fresh.

It's vegan and it?has rich in protein, antioxidants, and fiber that may lower circulating cholesterol levels. Edamame is called a super food?for a reason! Each serving of edamame contains plenty of fiber as well as omega-3 fatty acids.

Sprinkle | Blend

  • 2 gm ? teaspoon Malden Salt
  • 1 gm 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 0.5 gm 1/4 teaspoon Timur | Sichuan powder
  • 0.5 gm ? teaspoon red chili flakes

Mix all togethers

  • Lime, optional but awesome
  • Grated garlic optional but awesome
