At times we feel restless or agitated. We even immerse ourselves in argumentation and worry. Why does it happen? What can we do to fix it?

The bee hovers around the lotus, it sits upon it, it drinks the nectar; while drinking the sweet intoxicating honey, it is silent, steadfast, concentrated, and forgetful of all else. That pure love is experienced by the inner I, which is the reflection of the real I, your Divine Soul. Every individual behaves exactly like the bee when they are immersed in the presence of God. The hum of the bee ceases and it is silent once the drinking of the nectar begins. So also, people argue, fight, condemn, and assert only until they discover the sweet essence of Divinity. The Divine essence is the sweetness of pure love. Where there is love, there can be no fear, no anxiety, no doubt, and no absence of peace. When you are afflicted with restlessness and agitation, you can be sure that your love is narrow, restricted, and it has some ego or selfishness mixed in it.
