Times our hearts skipped a beat

In life, there are instances that show you that you are on the right track. Rocketlane has evolved into the #1 customer onboarding and PSA platform today because of the collective efforts and encouragement from our ecosystem. They have not only validated our efforts but have also fueled our determination to continue innovating and exceeding expectations. Together, we are shaping the future of customer onboarding and PSA, and we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

?? for Product and Engineering

Auto allocation = auto delight

Auto allocation was a feature we released in March 2023 to put project creation, role assignment, and resource allocation on autopilot. The module updates the resource allocations when you modify the timelines and/or assignees for a task. When we demoed this to one of our customers, they were in utter disbelief! The customer was beyond impressed that we had managed to ship the feature out in such a short time and mentioned that even industry veterans didn't have what we had. This really made our day!

First impression = great impression = minimum 7x revenue

We believe an upsell is the sincerest form of praise (apart from a referral, of course). The initial team with one of our customers loved our product so much that within the first few weeks of buying 5 licenses, they purchased an additional 35 more licenses for their team! They even dropped in a LinkedIn text to one of our founders saying Rocketlane was building an amazing product. ??

Our love language is delivering more than what is expected of us

While demoing the new global placeholder feature, one of our customers was so surprised with the simplicity of the function that they refused to believe it for a good minute. When we reassured them that what they saw was in fact true, they said they loved it and even contemplated hopping on a plane to come meet us. ??

Our Automations feature has also been eagerly embraced. We love that we are saving time off our customers’ lives and are making work easier for them.

When Apple first ventured into the market with their white iPods, they stood out from their competition and people started to take notice of them. Their brand started to be recognized and that was enough to boost their numbers.

Rocketlane feels like the Apple of PSA and customer onboarding tools everytime our customers or prospects take notice of us and tell us that they love our design language, reporting, and dashboards or call our UI ‘snappy’ (taken verbatim from a customer).

Once, a customer was onboarded by their vendor using Rocketlane! And at that moment, everything seemed to have come full circle for us.

We also loved it when one of our customers using Rocketlane to onboard their customer, was appreciated for having a robust and intuitive client portal within their platform. Since Rocketlane was so seamlessly integrated with our customer’s systems, they had mistaken it to be a native function of our customer’s platform. Our customers have also come back to tell us that they are happy to see their customer engagement and adoption numbers climb up after using Rocketlane.

Rocketlane’s marketing team loves to go above, beyond, and a little more further to get creative. And we’ve received all the love and appreciation for it.

For starters, when we rapped our Series A funding announcement, a 70-user prospect took a call with us just by looking at the video that had been shared with their lead over Whatsapp. That video was the talk of the industry when it released and it continues to garner more views and appreciation as the days go.
