SPG's first Victorian development, located in the picturesque Melbourne suburb of Toorak, was envisioned as a contemporary development and an ode to Australian Modernism. The Brookville is a collection of ten uniquely crafted residences that mark a new era of modern living.

We spoke to Chris McCue, Managing Director about the vision for The Brookville. "The Brookville responds to the monolithic architectural palette by creating a warm, bold and highly detailed interior design approach. This can be seen through the project’s hero materials, such as the figured stone and warm timber veneer."
The design pays homage to the tradition of Toorak’s well known residential garden walls and this is echoed through The Brookville’s landscape design. "The architecture’s off form concrete, printed garden walling and cast-in timber form speaks to the character of Toorak’s beautifully landscaped gardens," Chris McCue.

With construction well underway and on track for completion during Autumn 2024, The Brookville provides residents a home conducive to luxury living. Upon entry, one is awe inspired by the double height lobby ceilings and light textured concrete walls that contrast with a sleek black metal clad open stairwell. Hues of taupe, white and rich black ensure a timeless contemporary design that will delight each and every time one arrives home.
