Growing up in the Southeast—spending my early years in Alabama, North Carolina, and later attending college in South Carolina—fall was a season that brought a sense of renewal (and SEC football!). The cooler air and vibrant leaves didn’t just mark the end of summer; they signaled a time to reflect, prepare, and look ahead. It was a natural rhythm that encouraged a blend of reflection and action.

Today, as we enter the final quarter of the year, we find ourselves in a similar moment of transition—only now, the changes we face are constant, and the path forward is less predictable.
