Time zone, Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Management Templates!

I am looking forward to presenting a set of Enterprise Risk Management Workshops during March. The first will be March 4th, 5th and 6th. As we are about to see, there is a 50% discount for this session using the code "ERM325" if you are one of the next 5 people to register.

Trying to be Global

The sessions from March 4th are scheduled to take place in the morning in the western hemisphere and the ones from March 18th are meant to take place in the afternoon in the eastern hemisphere... both are during the workday for me here in Europe...

However, we did forget to explain why we are doing this...

The Enterprise Risk Management Workshop in early March is for those in the Americas and the one in mid-March is for those in the Middle East, India and the rest of Asia... Either one will suit those in Europe and Africa...

What will we Cover?

We did a sitting of this at the end of 2024 and it was great - it is a Zoom meeting and not a webinar and people are asked to take part, share experience, learn together and network. It covers a large set of topics and aims to equip the attendees to build and / or understand their enterprise risk management program / framework.

While we do cover a lot of extra items like Cyber / Resilience, most people liked the focus on risk frameworks, assessments, KRIs and following up on risk events / incidents.

Templates, Template, Templates...

But the thing most people wanted were templates - I have sample Risk Assessment forms, Risk Incident forms, Risk Policies, Risk Strategy and much much more from when I worked full-time in risk management.

We are planning to make a set of such templates available via PRMIA.org in a few weeks, with more advanced templates / specs and a risk taxonomy for sustaining and corporate members, but for now, I will be going through this and a few new ones with the attendees of the workshops next week and again later in March.
