Is It Time for YOU to STOP Waiting?

I'm truly the RICHEST man in the world....

I never knew how important a community (now I call it my Tribe) would be when the global pandemic hit.

When we had to end our 20 city tour in March because CoVid had really started to escalate I knew that we had to quickly make some changes.

Signs were all over that our business would change. Beaches were getting shut down, the international borders shut down, deaths were climbing and hotel occupancy was dropping to below 10%.

I knew we had to pivot...

We made the DECISION to go ALL IN with our Young Entrepreneur Project community. To start pouring even more into them every day and lead them through this pandemic.

There were many days I felt overwhelmed and because of my nature I felt like I had to carry the weight of leading the organization myself.

Then God had a little talk with me...

He told me he would guide me, he would lead me and he would reveal how I could impact even more people.

I had no idea what was in store.

To the point one day I broke down because the burden was so heavy. But it was in my weakness that he revealed a plan to really impact people through our Challenges and building our Leaders.

So we started doing Challenges and little did I know that the impact would be so great.

Little did I know that our community would grow so much from March until today.

Little did I know we'd be in 6 continents and 3 languages.

Little did I know that our community would become like family.

Little did I know we would be taking our company public.

Today I'm surrounded my some of the most generous, caring, daring, hard working, focused, smile givers, possibility thinkers and movement makers!

I'm truly blessed beyond measure to be serving so many people. I've been working hard for so long and now have found my biggest passion project.

Within the next 30-60 days we will be making some huge announcements to the world as we continue to march towards creating the "World's Greatest Entrepreneurial Community!"

Not only will we help Entrepreneurs, we will help the job market by helping people get jobs as well.

We will also partner up with some of the biggest names in business.

I can't wait to reveal it to the world. Buckle up we have Tens of Millions of Lives to affect in the next year.

This picture was our Leadership Livecast last night! I'm at home when I'm with them whether it's in person in Mexico like last week or on a Zoom with hundreds. I love them all!

They think that I'm helping them grow, but the reality is they have helped me grow.
