Time is what matters most...
We all need more time...
Time to spend with our family and loved ones.
Time to spend on our health.
Time to relax.
Time to get work done.
Yes, time is our most important resource... but there is only so much of it and you cannot change that. But you can buy back time.
So many of us get bogged down in tasks that cost us time and opportunity. Administrative tasks that could be outsourced take hours every week. Drive time from appointment to appointment sucks up the day. Poor time management eats up more of the day. Wasted time watching tv costs us even more.
No one ever says "I wish I had less time to get things done".

Here are 3 common problems and suggestions to solve them.
"I want to sell more but I don't have the time to prospect or run more appointments". The answer is hire an assistant to take the burden of paperwork and non-revenue generating taks off of you. Spend $1000 a month to buy back the time to make $3,000 more per month and you come out way ahead.
"I need more time with my family." Make it a priority, turn off the tv and make sure that the time you have is quality time. Dedicate time every day to family time and refuse to let anything intrude on it.
"I need time to relax." Prioritize a walk every day. Instead of going out to lunch take a half hour and eat at your office with music on. Skip tv an read or work on a hobby instead. Don't skip vacations and don't let your vacation be consumed with work calls and e-mails. Get a massage, relax with a glass of wine... but make relaxation a part of your daily routine.
Audio books and podcasts allow us to use drive time for personal improvement, online meetings save travel time and get teams together with lower cost and increased ease. Time saving tools surround us if we only use them.
We all need more time. But a lot of time is wasted every day and we can control that. We can use technology to help us get tasks done faster. We can out source tasks that suck up time. We can manage our time better and we can prioritize the things that matter.
Technology has given us systems and automation that can give us more time. Everything from an app that tracks mileage to CRMs that can automate our marketing are there for us to use, at very low costs. But you have to be willing to use them or the technology becomes irrelevant.
