As I approach 21 years in the roofing industry, all with the same company I have had the privilege of monitoring the performance of every roof install I have played a part in. I recently had the opportunity to walk a roof I sold and installed 11 years ago. A good deal of time had passed since I last laid eyes on the finished product. As I drove to the facility I reflected on the sales process that culminated in project award to Centimark.
