The highly publicized incident (of a bloodied passenger being dragged off a plane) is only the latest (and most popular) of a series of seemingly horrifying reports emanating from United Airlines. The stories are unbelievable in that they could have been alleviated through a bit of good-old common sense. To think that these people hold the lives of the flying public in their hands is...unfathomable!
