I feel Any Employee  need 3 things to do the Job Proficiently :

TIME ,TRAINING AND RESOURCE  

Today I  have 1  question,Do we really think that by demotivating employee , creating negativity,create fear For Job will yield bigger Result ???

I feel very awkward  when I see people asking Resignation for Silly Mistakes .we are in Running Operations run by Human ,so mistakes will be common .So to eradicate this ,we need to put the solution in place for non occurrence .And the Best solution is to Give feedback in a certain and frequent period of Time .Then we should work on training to develop the skills required .With these 2 steps ,99 % chances will be result oriented.

At last I would say Nobody is waste ,if we provide these   TIME ,TRAINING AND RESOURCE,we will get the exceptional results .Try it and let Me Know.
