Time Trade

It’s funny how many business people equate being busy with being productive. You may have heard the term a ‘Busy Fool’; this is someone who always busy in the day-to-day running of their business, but too busy to sit down and take time to work out the value of the work they’re doing.

The simple fact is that if you are spending your valuable time on ￡10 an hour jobs, you’re going to be earning less than your subbies.
