Time Tracking - How to build the life you want...

You might ask yourself: How do l know if I am on track to building the life I want?

Well, I believe there is no one right answer to this question, however, if you want to know the answer, one way to figure out what happens in your world is to do some?Time Tracking,?as nothing beats good old fashion information.?

But how do you do time tracking, and why is it important?

When thinking about how to do time tracking there are 3 options:

1. Time logging.
2. Task tracking.
3. Time mapping.

All of the above methods will help you figure out what happens in your day-to-day life by gaining clarity about where you spend your time.?

If your goal is to build the life you desire, you have to start by following what you do in order to be able to figure out what needs to change.?

The key is to understand what serves you, what doesn't serve you, and what could serve you. In other words, understanding your habits and rituals and connecting them to your day-to-day tasks is the first step in this process.

Becoming productive and living life at its fullest starts with this process of understanding where your time goes through Time Tracking. If you have never ever done any tracking, then I would like to challenge you to start your journey to better productivity through observing what your life looks like and start creating a life where time saves itself!
