Time to think positively
Six weeks into 2021 and February 12th certainly feels far more positive than January 4th…….these are not just my views but those of many customers I have chatted to in the last two weeks. Those chats confirm that there is a huge desire and pent up enthusiasm by suppliers to be out, meeting customers and networking with industry colleagues once more. This enthusiasm needs to be shared……………( but with caution). It is fuelling our passion and desire to make www.ITThub.co.uk a platform to help play our part in helping businesses reconnect and support the #buildbackbetter message from govt.
With vaccine rollout progressing at an amazing pace. Our business community is telling us that our summer B2B event will be worth waiting for. In the coming weeks, we will be announcing plans for our Exhibitor Briefing Day “ITT Hub Premiere” to share knowledge, guidance, and advice on how to exhibit safely with us (save the date Wednesday 5th May at Farnborough).
Our team has stayed in touch with our customers throughout the last twelve months. We believe that by sharing this emerging mood of confidence to those customers supporting us on the bumpy journey (and to those many companies who have enquired about booking with us in the last two weeks) that it will help companies reconnect this summer.
Ultimately ITT Hub 2021 will go ahead if our government allows us to. We know that B2B events are a proven way of re-energising the sector. Indeed, the road transport industry has been one of many on the front line playing its part in this terrible pandemic and we aim to provide a showcase to be proud of with our colleagues at Farnborough.
Here’s why companies can look forward to visiting ITT Hub 2021:
· 70% of the event is outdoors
· It will be the next and largest UK trade show in the sector with the biggest display of latest commercial vehicles, trucks, vans, minibuses, coaches, buses and latest technology
· It supports the government’s decarbonisation plan with the ten-point plan for the Green Industrial Revolution
· 130-160 exhibitors are anticipated
· Major Tim Peake as our guest speaker
· A fantastic new venue at Farnborough to explore ….better than being behind that laptop!
I could go on so check out www.itthub.co.uk
Above all our team is working hard to deliver ITT Hub and support the sector. For now, however, we all have to be patient for a while longer yet. The vaccine rollout program is hugely encouraging and we all look forward to those brighter times around the corner.
Put 30th June and 1st July in your diaries and remain optimistic that we can look forward to being able to reconnect again safely this summer at a much anticipated UK trade event.
Stay safe, stay positive and stay healthy everyone.
